I am a writer and retired public relations professional who loves keeping active —whether practicing yoga, running, or sailing. I also enjoy knitting, listening to music, and spending time with my family. I've been an avid reader ever since I learned to read, and am a fan of mystery stories, science fiction, and other works of fiction. I am the author of The Plantain Tart Mystery, a cozy mystery set in the Caribbean. I have also written The Longer Run: A Daughter’s Story of Arthur Wint, a biography of my father: Jamaica’s first ever Olympic gold-medal winner. I live in Toronto, Canada.
